Bangalore S. Shivacharan Chief Executive Officer Bangalore is responsible for strategic growth and managing overall operations of TurningPoint with a focus on our customer delivery organization and associated technology and services. Bangalore has over 25 years of Engineering and Management experience encompassing both commercial and public sectors. Prior to starting TurningPoint, Bangalore was the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Wisor Telecom Corporation where he designed and built next generation Telecommunications Operational Support Systems for the competitive local exchange carrier and enterprise market. Bangalore has extensive experience in distributed client server system architecture, information security framework, and Internet and wireless communication technologies. Bangalore has made significant contributions to the technology and telecommunications industry as a technologist in distributed OO computing and telecommunication network management. Prior to Wisor, Bangalore held key technology positions with Hughes Network Systems (HNS), Data General Corporation, Electronic Data Systems (EDS) and Cap Gemini. While working for EDS and CapGemini, Bangalore played key technology roles on several federal government contracts. Bangalore earned his Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from University of Bangalore, India and masters in computer sciences from Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken NJ. Bangalore is member of IEEE and AFCEA professional organizations. David R. HughesManaging Partner and Co-Founder Dave is responsible for managing TurningPoint’s sales and marketing organizations. During his 25-year career in progressive management positions Dave has assisted organizations in procuring software and services that increase revenue and improve operational performance. Dave began his career with Telephone Industry Consultants (TELIC) – a firm that was acquired by Computer Sciences Organization to expand its telecommunication presence. He has also served as the Regional Vice President of Sales for TCSI, a pioneer in object oriented software development methodologies and tools. In 1998 Dave co-founded Wisor Telecom, a software products and services company serving the telecommunications market. At Wisor, Dave helped deliver a core set of software product and services that assisted Verizon, BellSouth, and SBC Communications in meeting their 1996 Telecom Act 271 requirements in certifying that their back office systems met industry guidelines, thereby enabling these companies to sell long distance service outside their primary markets. In 2002, Dave teamed up with Bangalore to start TurningPoint Global Solutions. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Duke University. Throughout his career he has been a noted industry speaker and has received numerous industry awards for advancing software and telecommunications technologies, as well as corporate awards for exceptional performance. Michael EdwardsVice President- Program Management Office Mike is responsible for TurningPoint's Project Management Office (PMO) and Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) consulting services to our Federal and Commercial customers. He has over 20 years of software project management experience in both the public and private sectors. Mike brings a wealth of business process knowledge and expertise to TurningPoint. He is responsible for managing projects with complex business processes involving large scale federal programs, and is assisting in establishing program management processes on several customer engagements. Prior to joining TurningPoint in 2004, Mike was Vice President of Software Development and Project Management at eCommerce Industries Inc. He has over 24 years of software engineering experience in developing innovative solution for the eCommerce and Supply Chain industry verticals. Prior to eCommerce, Mike spent four years at Net2000 where he rose to Vice President of Billing Operations and Information Technology. Mike spent 14 years at Harris corporation where he managed extensive software development projects and programs. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern Illinois University. Jaisimha GramaVice President of Engineering Jai is responsible for managing TurningPoint's commercial software engineering organization and ensuring compliance with CMMI ML3 Processes. Jai has over 24 years of Software Engineering experience in developing innovative solution for the eCommerce and Supply Chain industry verticals. As a technologist Jai has contributed significantly in .NET and Mobile computing space. Prior to joining TurningPoint in November 2006, Jai held a key management position with Infor Global Solutions with focus on ERP & Supply Chain Management solution. Jai has held key technical positions with eGain Communications, Span Systems Corporation and Siemens Information Systems. Jai holds Bachelor of Technology in Electronics Engineering from IIT Chennai, India. Silvio RenziVice President of Commercial Services Silvio is responsible for Commercial Services delivery and ensuring effective deployment of customer solutions. Silvio began his career over 19 years ago at AT&T and Bellcore. He later joined Wisor Telecom as Assistant Vice President of Delivery. In 2002 Mr. Renzi founded Solvent Inc. a technology company focused on Network Security and Performance Management. As its Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Renzi raised the investor capital to grow the company and provided strategic and operational guidance for development of SolventViewTM. Silvio joined TurningPoint in 2009. Silvio holds an MBA from Seton Hall University, School of Business Management, and BSBA from Boston University, School of Management. Dorothy Fera, CPADirector of Finance and Contracts Dorothy is responsible for managing TurningPoint's finance and contracts organization. She has over 20 years of business management experience with a focus on finance and contracts management. Dorothy has worked in large organizations that provided services to both federal government and commercial sector clients. Prior to joining TurningPoint, Dorothy was part of the management team at Parsons Consulting Group, which specialized in Telecommunications Expense management for both federal and commercial clients. Dorothy had a long career with IBM Corporation involving various management roles. Dorothy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of Notre Dame, a Masters of Business Administration from University of Maryland, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Gary IbachDirector of Federal Sales Gary is responsible for sales of TurningPoint's products and services to federal government agencies. He has over 25 years of experience in sales to the private and public sectors with both start-up companies such as Praire Systems and Conquest Technologies, and large businesses such as Alcatel, TRW, Amdahl, Tandem Computers, CSC and PRC. Gary has proven experience in developing and implementing business plans, marketing strategies and business-to-business negotiations. He joined TurningPoint in 2009. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Pennsylvania State University Amol Godbole, PMPDirector of NiOS Engineering Amol is responsible for managing the NiOS Engineering & Product Management team. He joined TurningPoint in 2004 as a Senior Software Engineer. Over the years, Amol has made significant technical contributions on various customer engagements. On NiOS (Network Inventory & Optimization Solution), a flagship product of TurningPoint, Amol is responsible for implementing configurable workflow frameworks, streamlined ordering and inventory modules, fault tolerant COOP architecture, and security frameworks in compliance with FISMA / NIST-800 / DHS-4300 Information Security Guidelines. Amol has extensive knowledge of network protocols, distributed service oriented architecture, and federal enterprise architecture. He held key technical positions with GE Exchange Services (GXS), Lumley Technology, Wisor Telecom and Siemens Information Systems. Amol holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Mysore University, India. Deirdre McDonnell, PMPDirector - Government Solutions Deirdre is responsible for Service Delivery. She has over 20 years experience in the development, implementation and management of telecommunications services and back office support systems challenges. Prior to joining TurningPoint, Ms McDonnell held progressive management positions with MCI Communications (now Verizon Business Communications), including director of the FTS2001 business office, responsible for OSS support of transition and new services. She represented MCI at the GSA-sponsored Transition Working Group (TWG) sessions, was responsible for the MCI Networx OSS MOPS strategy and response, worked with agency customers to gain OSS feedback to understand requirements for ongoing system development to improve the order process, and worked directly with the Department of the Interior to manage and facilitate their transition to MCI. Deirdre joined TurningPoint in 2008. At TurningPoint, Deirdre is responsible for managing NiOS delivery organization and telecommunications transition management service offerings. She manages day-to-day inventory and Networx Transition Operations activities at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) and the Veterans Administration (VA). Deirdre has a Masters of Business Administration from George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the State University of New York. Robert Polster D.Sc., PMPSenior Director, Government Solutions Rob is responsible for capture management through his understanding of government procurement process. He uses insight and relationships gained through his 28 years in the Federal IT marketplace - in positions with Price Waterhouse, TRW, Northrop Grumman, and Nortel - to target problems affecting multiple agencies, identify innovative and unique solutions based on our core capabilities, and market those solutions to Federal customers. During his career, Rob has led or had a hands-on role in projects involving healthcare informatics, decision support systems, geographical information systems (GIS), Web development, workflow management systems, financial systems, business process improvement, computer-based simulation modeling, instructional design, meeting facilitation, and public health and medical planning. Rob joined TurningPoint in 2009. Rob holds a Doctorate in Operations Research from George Washington University, a Masters degree from the University of California at Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree from Tufts University. |
