TurningPoint provides cost controlled and efficient telecom service provisioning in the following areas:
- Ordering, customer care and provisioning functions
- Assisting enterprises with VoIP transition
- "One touch" resolution of all complex "fall out" transactions
We currently deliver outsourced core-provisioning support for wired, and wireless local service order provisioning, which includes porting of phone numbers and complex services. In addition, TurningPoint currently provides provisioning services that include complex Access Service Request (ASR) processes for a national service provider over cable and fiber optics technology. We have:
