![]() Our client, a leading federally mandated Mortgage company, uses a mortgage management system consisting of 18 system environments and 200 managed Servers (Sun E350 or high-end blade servers, with WebLogic, Oracle, UDB, based enterprise applications), each of which supports several hundred client machines. This large scale Secondary Mortgage Loan processing enterprise application involves thousands of transactions per hour across business to business (B2B) and business to customer (B2C) web-based interfaces. The Challenge: Our client was experiencing delays in deploying new product roll out to the end customers because of a lack of process automation supporting its 18 systems environments. Their development and delivery process was under severe scrutiny by upper management due to delays as environments were out of sync and at risk because of the varied input of too many individuals using varying processes for maintaining the application environments.
